The Devonport Park Volunteer Gardeners

The DPVG began in 2008 with training funded by The Heritage Lottery, as part of the overall Park Restoration Project. From then a number of volunteers have recieved RHS Horticultural training and qualifications through Duchy College. With a view to inclusivity, the DPVG’s today consist of approximately a dozen volunteers, who meet every Monday (see details below) and work on maintaining and improving the green spaces within the park. If you have green-fingered, or would like to gain experience with horticulture, you are welcome to come along with no obligation.
